Gym Hours of Operation: Mon – Fri 6am to 9.00pm
Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm    Sunday 9.00am to 4.00pm

 

 

Pilates: Focuses on strengthening the abdominals and stretching and toning muscles by using very detailed and precise exercises. ALL FITNESS LEVELS

Kicking Butt: A motivating fitness experience combining Martial Art movements and other exercises.  A challenging full body workout. ALL FITNESS LEVELS

Kicking Butt 2: ADVANCED LEVELS

Fit’N’Firm: This is a fat-burner class which uses low impact moves.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. ALL FITNESS LEVELS

50 / 50: A high-energy cardio workout with 30 minutes aerobics followed by 30 mins step. A motivating class that will make you come back for more! INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

30 / 70: A high-energy step class follows an aerobic warm-up.  Great for people who like to be challenged and choreographed step moves will do it. ADVANCED LEVEL

Karate/Kickboxing/BJJ: Martial Arts classes are not included in any gym membership.

Kickboxing and Boxing/Beginners: These classes are designed to teach basic skills for people who are interested in taking up Kickboxing or Boxing. BEGINNERS LEVEL

Kidz Karate: This class is a great environment for children to learn Zen Do Kai Karate. The classes are safe and exciting. Children will learn self-defence, discipline, respect and many more valuable life skills.

Kidz Kickboxing: These Muay Thai classes are great to give children a boost to their energy and fitness levels.
